To request an absentee ballot, please print, sign, and mail or deliver your application to Apple Creek School during business hours. An absentee ballot application can be found here.
Upon receiving the complete application, we will provide a ballot.
Please leave enough time for our office to receive the application, send you a ballot, and for us to receive it by the deadline.
Ballots must be returned to Apple Creek School prior to June 1. No absentee ballots will be available on June 1, 2021. Polls are open from 11 am to 7 pm on that day.
